The queen room was modern with comfortable beds. The location was favourable, not too far away from Cinemark.

The restaurant was good for dinner and breakfast here, I had delicious dishes. The large bathroom with a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets. The location was convenient, for example, Victoria Mall was within a close distance from the hotel. There were shopping malls and a market around the venue.

The pool here was amazing and the staff were super friendly and awesome 😊. the location was fantastic and so pretty, just a short walk away from the mall.

I was pleasantly surprised when I entered my room to find a personal welcome message on the TV screen. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect balance of firmness and softness. I had a great night's sleep, thanks to the cozy pillows. Despite some minor drawbacks, like a shower in need of repair and dim bathroom lighting, overall I had a nice hotel experience. The friendly and accommodating staff, including our helpful housekeeper Amber, made our stay even more enjoyable. The bistro food was delicious, and the bartenders were a delight to be around. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a clean and comfortable stay.
